Middle Management Accounting Services
Available as a middle management resource, for companies with an in-house bookkeeper that has little to no oversight. I step in and create the needed oversight and segregation of duties as well as handle upper level accounting tasks. This includes General Ledger Examination, the generation of Financial Statements, Supporting and Mentoring the Bookkeeper and offer Accounting Operational Support to improve office processes and systems. Work with the client’s CPA at year-end to coordinate the transfer of data for tax returns and/or annual audit and be available to help answer questions.
Financial Review
Services include reconciliations, general ledger review and financial statement generation on a Monthly, Quarterly or Annual basis. service includes bank. Will work with the client’s CPA at year-end to coordinate the transfer of data for tax returns and/or annual audit and be available to help answer questions.
Accounting Process Analysis
Will work with an in-house bookkeeper/office manager to identify inefficiencies and make suggestions and recommendations on how to improve record-keeping, processes and systems as they relate to the accounting division.
Bookkeeping support
Available to update your day-to-day transactional data in Quickbooks on Monthly basis. This would included reconciling, general ledger review and the generation of financial statements. Will also work with client’s CPA at year-end to coordinate the transfer of data, answer questions and assist any way needed.
