I had a big mess of a Quickbooks file that I inherited from converting the company’s original Peach Tree database to a Mac friendly format. I couldn’t get an accurate P&L to save my life and while I could do the day to day accounting data entry, the basic reports that offer some insight into our financial health were all over the (inaccurate) map. Perry came in, took a look and got us back on track both by correcting the data that was already there and teaching me how to make sure new data is entered correctly. Plus she was able to quickly establish a working relationship with our current accountant so that everybody is on the same page. She’s very knowledgable and even better, she’s great at explaining how things should be done so that we don’t wind up in the same condition.
